Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) require a supplier to provide a Facilities Management service for the European Marine Science Park, Dunstaffnage, Argyll to support their efforts to let the building and create a thriving centre for Marine Science.

Facilities Management Services for EMSP.
It is expected that these services will be required from mid-October for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract conditions, with HIE having the option to extend for a further 1 year period.
The 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service, including the provision of other items, is between 219 000 GBP and 234 000 GBP (excluding VAT).
Please note that the total value given in Section II.1.5) and II.2.6) are the total value including all options.

HIE reserves the right to re-tender for these services upon termination of the contract or at the end of the contract period, including any extension period.

In order to participate, bidders should register, for free, on the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk), and register their interest in this contract and download and complete all relevant documentation.
The nominated lead will be responsible for collating and submitting all documentation required including that of Consortia and/or Sub-Contractors.
This free process also gives suppliers access to an online Question and Answer facility which allows queries to be submitted (anonymously), and answers published and shared with all potential bidders.
Tenders must be dispatched via the PCS postbox and be received by the date and time indicated with all questions answered. Hard copy responses will not be accepted.
