Description of the goods or services required

NHS Education for Scotland commissioned QIS and Masters level education for NHS Staff who work with Neonates and Children in Scotland for a period of 3 years. NES is now looking to commission an evaluation of the above three programmes of education, to be completed within a 3 year period. <<>> The evaluation should be designed in such a way as to measure the success of the educational programmes against the key objectives set out above. It should also enable recommendations that would contribute to the further development and sustainability of education in this area. NES will require the successful bidder to submit a detailed outline of the proposed methodology that will be utilised to undertake the evaluation, no later than 1st December 2014. Annual reports are required to be submitted to the project team. An interim report is required 6 months after each annual report. <<>> There is a maximum budget of £30,000 GBP, excluding VAT, over the life of this contract.
