The Authority wishes to establish a Framework Agreement (rosta) for the provision of an Event and Business Conference Design Management Agency. The Authority is managing this procurement process in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as amended by The Public Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (the “Regulations”). This procurement exercise is being managed under the open procedure. The following are mandatory item that the contractor must have:
The Contractor must have a sophisticated Delegate Management System.
The Contractor must demonstrate clear proof of return of investment (ROI).
The Contractor must undertake Venue selection.
The Contractor must undertake negotiation.
The Contractor must provide a hosting service.
The Contractor must provide production, stage setting, lighting and supporting technology.
