We are looking for a full event management package proposal that reflects how much it will cost to deliver the requirements laid out in this contract notice and the supporting ITT document.

On-line submissions will be unlocked through the PCS portal by the Merika Project Manager, after the tender deadline submission of 17:00 (UK time) on 17.6.2016.

This notice is a voluntary notice and has been issued to ensure a broader supplier reach.
This tender was placed on OJEU was to ensure that we have Europe based suppliers bid for this work, as it is to event manage a conference on our behalf in Brussels.
To this end, the normal OJEU value thresholds do not apply to the bid. The expected value of the notice is quite small — under 35 000 EUR — hence the proposed time-scale to bid being set shorter.
