This will be a single vendor framework for the duration of two (2) years with the option to extend for one (1) year and a further one (1) year.

Level of engagement with the appointed production management company will be largely due to the Council-organised large-scale events such as the Boishakhi Mela and Fireworks Night which are subject to confirmation on an annual basis; we would be unable to guarantee a high level of engagement with the production management company without confirmation of these large-scale events. The added flexibility of the optional additional year/s also provides an additional opportunity for the Council to review and manage the performance of the appointed supplier and encourages greater due diligence from the supplier.
