Description
GBSLEP requires a supplier for the provision of event management services for delivery of their annual conference in late November 2017.
GBSLEP is looking to work with an organisation, which has a proven track record in the delivery of high profile, large scale events to the highest standards.
Specifically, we would be looking for the successful organisation to deliver the following services:
Organisation of successful, high profile two hour event for up to 400 delegates (likely 250 to 350 delegates) with activities to include:
– Scoping and Planning with LEP Executive team
– Pre-event management support to include invitations; management of RSVP and delegate lists; liaison with and set-up of venue (venue is already confirmed); production of event running order; logistical briefing notes for team and panel; delegate badges; progress and update meetings with LEP team
– Event management (up to 10 LEP Executive team members will be available to help on the day as required and will provide the vast majority of additional staffing) to include lead on registration desk; AV support; oversight of smooth running of event on day including managing running order
– Follow-up and event evaluation
This contract will be for a period of 2 months commencing 1st October 2017 until 30th November 2017.
