Description
Derbyshire County Council, working closely with United Utilities, High Peak Borough Council, Glossop Arts and Leisure Association, the Peak District National Park (known as ‘the partner agencies’) and Bankswood Music, is seeking quotes for the management of a celebratory event to take place on 6th July whilst the Tour de France passes through Derbyshire.
The event will take place at Manor Park, Glossop.
The event will be open to the public FOC from 12noon – 8pm. Event numbers not to exceed 4999 at any given moment.
Set-up for the event will need to take place on 4th/5th July due to road closures and restrictions on July 6th. Take-down of the event will need to be late on 6th July or on 7th July.
