Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council invites you to tender for the provision of event stewarding and crowd management services. The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisations to a framework to provide event stewarding and crowd management services at various internal Council events. Please note that funded events, non-planned and non-Council (external) events are not included in this contract. Please also note that Council reserves the right to procure event stewarding and crowd management services separately for events not included in the list of anticipated events.

Each event varies in scale and dynamic with varying requirements for stewarding and crowd management ranging from small, low risk activity events to large, high risk activity events.
