Description of the contract
The GMC has an in-house events team to plan and deliver all of our external events.
We organise a range of events, including conferences, roadshows and exhibition stands, and we’re looking to partner with a company to provide creative input and technical expertise. We’re keen to use innovative ways to capture feedback at all of our events, and make sure that all of events look professional, and run seamlessly. We have an in-house graphic designer, but you will be expected to become familiar with our brand, and to work within it in new and exciting ways. The range of services we need are listed below:
Online delegate management system. The system must have a simple user interface, able to ‘go live’ in hours for small events, or in one to two days for large events. Customised reporting is required.
On-site technical management at GMC events – to include: registration, audio visual and data collection solutions
Web streaming from external venues, and video production
App development (for data collection at events)
Roadshow support (design and delivery)
