2.1 Title

Social Justice Public Engagement Events Management

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Welfare Reform is a team within the Directorate for Housing, Regeneration and Welfare supporting a programme of work on Social Justice. There are plans to hold a public consultation on what a fairer, socially just Scotland would look like in 2030 and the actions that would be taken to make it a reality.

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a contractor to assist in the public consultation events including the engagement, events management, facilitation and the gathering to key themes/feedback from the events. Initially some smaller events will be run in August/September with a larger event being held in October/November. There is a requirement to ensure that there is sufficient diversity and engagement from minority groups.
