Organisations interested in being considered for this opportunity are required to complete and submit a Pre-qualification questionnaire by the deadline specified in Section IV.3.4 above. Selection of the organisations to be invited to tender will be based on the results of the evaluation of the completed pre-qualification questionnaires. The objective criteria to be used to select the organisations to be invited to tender are detailed in the pre-qualification questionnaire, a copy of which can be obtained by expressing an interest to the address at I.1 above, preferably by e-mail.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Authority will incorporate two standstill periods. The first at the point information on the tender shortlist is communicated and the second at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated. Both standstill periods, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, will provide time for unsuccessful applicants to challenge the tender shortlist decision (1st standstill) and contract award decision (2nd standstill) before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
