Description of the contract

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE or ‘the Institute’) is an independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance on promoting good health and preventing and treating disease. Within NICE the Centre for Public Health Excellence (CPHE) is responsible for producing public health guidance. There are three lots of work associated with the projects that NICE seeks to contract: Lot 1: Promoting the uptake of BCG vaccination among people at increased risk of developing active or latent Tuberculosis (TB). Lot 2: Promoting the uptake of, and improving adherence to, treatment for people with active and latent TB. Lot 3: The provision of education, information and support for people affected by TB. NICE welcomes tenders from a supplier /contractor on individual or all three Lots. The contractor(s) will be multidisciplinary and capable of providing high quality analyses and evidence to decision-makers within very tight timescales. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a high calibre team to contribute to the work of NICE.
