The Trust requires an organisation / consortium with significant experience of providing executive coaching to work with senior leaders in the local authority, Doncaster Children’s Service Trust Limited, Police, Doncaster CCG, Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDASH) and St Ledger Homes. The purpose of the coaching is to develop a common understanding of domestic abuse amongst senior leaders and to enable them to use their influence to improve the way their organisations can help children, young people and families who are living with domestic abuse. Examples of the impact expected of the programme include but are not limited to: Demonstrable changes in attitudes of senior leaders. Improvements in the way that domestic abuse is addressed through strategic and operational business planning within organisations. Identification of opportunities for joint commissioning. Improved decision making regarding domestic abuse including better joined up decision making between different organisations. It is intended that the contract will begin on Monday 8th February 2016 and run until the end of April 2016. There is a budget ceiling of £40,000 for this contract and bids above this price will not be considered.
