A Framework Agreement is a mechanism that permits purchasers to order goods or services under the terms and conditions specified within the Framework Agreement. SE is under no obligation to place any, or any particular level or volume of orders with any supplier who is appointed to this Framework.
This Framework will comprise of 12 individual lots and interested suppliers may bid for one or more lots. Each of the lots will cover specific topics as detailed below along with information on the number of suppliers we intend to appoint against each lot.
