NHSBT require a supplier to provide attraction services for a key role within our Blood Supply Directorate. NHSBT have previously advertised this role, along side roles for Head of Region North and Head of region East, externally and, to date, has been unsuccessful in filling the post for Head of region West. We now require a specialist supplier to actively attract high calibre candidates to this vital role. We require the supplier to source a minimum of three candidates for the post and supply their details. NHSBT will handle the recruitment and selection process. At this stage we require confirmation that you wish to participate in the tender process and an outline of your proposed charging structure and suggested timescales to ensure that the candidates are of a suffient calibre for the role.
