Description
The National Maritime Museum, also known as Royal Museums Greenwich, is comprised of the National Maritime Museum itself, the Queen’s House, the Royal Observatory Greenwich and Peter Harrison Planetarium, the tea clipper Cutty Sark, and the Prince Philip Maritime Collections Centre (PPMCC) in Kidbrooke, SE London.
Our mission is to enrich people’s understanding of the sea, the exploration of space and time, and Britain’s role in world history through the art and experiences of those who lived it.
The following lots form a Framework Agreement for exhibition and artefact packing, transport and storage, for which we intend to award the contract for a period of 4 years.
Lot 1. – Exhibition Specific (both permanent and temporary, UK and International).
Lot 2. – Inter-Site (non-Exhibition) packing and transportation within the UK between NMM’s domestic and commercial sites.
The total value is not a guaranteed sum, but rather an estimate for the 4 year period.
