Description of the contract

The Science Museum is planning a new exhibition to inspire and excite teenagers about engineering. Working title ‘That Could Be Me’, it will occupy the whole of the third floor of the Wellcome Wing: a ‘destination’ space of approximately 420 m².

The services required are the exhibition fit out works for That Could Be Me. The fit out works comprise of setworks, plinths, suspended feature projection screens, display cases, display units, finishings, graphics, electrical, lighting installations and associated works. The contractor will also be required to strip out the existing exhibition on the third floor of the Wellcome Wing before the fit out for That Could Be Me begins.
