This lot encompasses the design, drawing coordination, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of the exhibition showcases for the new Second World War Gallery, which is part of the Transforming IWM London Project.
This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through an Extended Company Questionnaire (ECQ) to determine a tender shortlist.
The questionnaire return deadline is 17.5.2019. Once evaluation has been completed, up to 6 tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender.
The tender is scheduled to be issued on 31.5.2019, with a return deadline of 12.7.2019. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 8.8.2019 and confirmed 19.8.2019.
