The Board of Glasgow Housing Association Limited (GHA) is required to maintain effective arrangements for External Audit which adhere to our policies, objectives, standards and codes of practice. To meet these obligations, GHA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced External Audit Service provider.
The External Audit Service is required primarily to provide the GHA Board with an independent and objective opinion on the financial statements in accordance with the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and International Standards on Auditing. The audit will also provide the Board with a view on internal controls, governance arrangements and risk management by measuring and evaluating their effectiveness in supporting GHA’s corporate objectives.
