Housing 21 is a leading national not-for-profit provider of housing, care and health services for older people. Its vision is to provide a life of choice for older people whilst its mission is to promote independence and choice for older people through quality housing, care and support.
Housing 21 manages over 18 000 sheltered, extra care apartments and bungalows in 470 scheme settings which are located throughout England (rising to 24 000 over the duration of the strategic 5 year plan).
The purpose of this contract is to appoint a Chartered firm of Accountants to support Housing 21 in its external financial auditing programme and other financial matters such as Corporation Tax and changes to legislation as required by law.
