Statutory Audit The audit must be carried out in accordance with auditing standards and the Homes and Communities Agency, Accounting direction for Social Housing in England and should comprise such examination of the statements, underlying records and control systems as is necessary to reach an opinion on the financial statements.
Corporation Tax and iXBRL
1. Calculations to be prepared based on the statutory accounts.
2. Points for clarification to be agreed with officers.
3. Areas to minimise taxation within the group to be highlighted.
4. Submissions to be made as required on behalf of the Group companies.
Genaral VAT and tax advice.
