The development opportunity is based at Rocheway, Rochford, SS4 1DQ. The requirement is to build a extra care scheme with 60 units and includes a nomination agreement for 75 years. The care and support contract has an initial contract length of 5 years, with a opportunity to extend up to 25 years. extra care schemes are for adults who want to live in their own home with the peace of mind of on-site care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, if they need it. It means living in a safe property, with self-contained apartments in a well-maintained modern scheme in the heart of the community that is purpose built and tailored to the needs of older people.
