Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park 9formally known as The Graham Solley Sports Development Centre) Bawtry Road, Sheffield.
The University anticipates that one organisation will take responsibility for delivering the complete range of services, but it acknowledges that the specialist external maintenance and some elements of hard FM services may sit outside of main contract, this will be finalised during the procurement process.
The services consist of, but may not be limited to the following:
— Catering services including bar;
— Cleaning, inside building and out, including grounds;
— Specialist grounds maintenance of the high quality grass and synthetic sports pitches (10 No in total). Note synthetic sports pitches require maintaining to a high standard in line with IRB standards;
— Car park management;
— Maintenance of sports equipment e.g. posts, score boards and the like;
— Pitch marking;
— Event management e.g. for sporting competitions, including managing and catering for spectators;
— Being responsible for the Health and Safety of the complete site;
— Reporting to the University formally on a monthly basis;
— Liaising with the University Sports Department daily in terms of bookings. Note all sports related bookings will be carried out by the University;
— Dealing with post, receipt and distribution, pest control, waste management and any other Soft FM services appropriate for facilities of this size and type.
