Facilities management services. Facilities Management Services. South London Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking expressions of interest in a contract for the provision of Soft FM Services to the Queen Mary’s Hospital site and several satellite sites. The services included within the scope will be Domestic and Catering (Patient/Staff and Visitors) Rented Linen with Laundry service, Pest Control, Grounds and Gardening services and Window Cleaning. These services will be divided into individual lots and Bidders can bid for a single service or combination of services. The Trust is looking for innovations in the provision of the catering service to our Patients/Staff and Visitors and a Domestic service that incorporates the national specifications for cleanliness in the National Health Service (England) framework 2007 as standard. Also a Feminine hygiene waste bin rental and disposal services and office cleaning.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by no more than 2 periods of twelve months each.. Bidders can bid for a single service or combination of services. The services included within the scope will be Grounds and Gardening Services. SLHT is seeking to establish a contract for the maintenance of grounds at a number of sites. All grounds maintenance will be take place through this contract so it is important that all bidders are capable of providing a complete grounds maintenance service and must have all necessary, licenses, training, plant and equipment etc to enable them to execute the contract successfully.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by no more than 2 periods of twelve months each.

The scope of this service will comprise the window cleaning of the premises with the requirements tailored to the site specific needs. To include three Hospital sites (Namely in Farnborough, Orpington, and Sidcup, Kent) and additional service to satellite buildings. Full details of the service requirement will be contained in the subsequent tender documents. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend by no more than 2 periods of twelve months each.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
