The delivery of FM Services is to be via an FM Service Provider managing a full package of Services.
The Samuel Lindow Building (SLB) is an academic building and is used by UCLan for teaching and academic purposes, which has undergone a complete refurbishment package and extension, to a high standard.
The Princess Royal Building (PRB) is leased out by ATOS. The University retains responsibility for the delivery of FM Services to the common areas of the building.
The Contract is intended to commence on 1.4.2015.
