The Four4Adoption collaboration brings together four Local Authorities as partners with a single aim:

‘To increase the possibilities of matching looked after children with potential adoptive parents and families in the region’.
    
Stockport MBC, Tameside MBC, Trafford MBC and Cheshire East Council have formed the Four4Adoption consortium.
As part of the Adoption Reform Grant: Part B, each of the Authorities has been awarded grants to help fund the structural reform of Adopter recruitment.

With a focus on Children who traditionally wait longer than average to be adopted, there is a renewed need for a fresh, innovative and inspired approach towards Adopter recruitment.

Therefore, Four4Adoption invites suitably experienced and qualified organisations to tender for the provision of a high quality Specific Child Family Finding Service.

The service will support Child specific recruitment and assessment of prospective Adopters.

Under the governance of Four4Adoption, the successful tender will work collaboratively within an integrated adoption pathway model with Local Authority Adoption Agencies to develop and implement a high quality specific child family finding service across the four member boroughs i.e. Trafford, Stockport, Tameside and Cheshire East.
