The authority are seeking an all-inclusive service to provide support, information and short term solution focused structured emotional support and/or appropriate counselling or advice/advice to managers as a fully integrated package, providing maximum benefit to the organisations and their employees.

The key elements of this all-inclusive EAP service must include:

• 24/7/365 online portal and confidential free telephone support accessible from anywhere in the world,

• legal information services,

• debt management services,

• triage and clinical assessment of needs (inclusive of a risk assessment),

• computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),

• access to support for dependants within HMRC guidelines,

• short-term solution focused structured face-to-face, online and telephonic counselling,

• case management protocols,

• management information reporting,

• line management support services,

• marketing and promotional materials,

• technological resources such as an online portal website or mobile application,

• major or critical event support as and when required,

• mental health first aid.
