- Hammersmith and Fulham Council requires a suitably qualified external firm to carry out financial assessment of, and certify the accounts for, up to 40 Residents Associations (RAs) supported by the Council, providing further investigation of the RAs financial affairs following on from this work where required by the Council.
The remit is to provide a detailed analysis of the RAs most recent sets of accounts including identifying the provenance of income streams and balances together with an analysis of all expenditure records. Further, the review should include an assessment of the robustness of financial controls and internal governance arrangements, with documentation of the associated risks and recommendations for mitigation, including consideration of any taxation issues. - Contact:
