The Highland Council requires an external financial advisor to advise on all of the financial aspects relating to the reprovision of ICT services across the Council and for potential public sector partners. The financial advisors will be required to provide knowledge and understanding of best practice in the ICT market, to help the Council ‘future proof’ its reprovision of ICT Services, and consider the best financial, commercial and service delivery models for a reprovision of this size and scope.
