As part of the NEC Finance Improvement Project there is a requirement to migrate the current core finance Sage Enterprise 2.1 system to Sage ERP 1000. (The NEC Group is licensed for Sage ERP 1000).
In order to support the project it is the intention to seek a suitably qualified system provider who can deliver the following services:
Software and licensing for any further required products necessary to meet the project scope – see PQQ for details.
Consultancy services encompassing but not limited to:
System installation and configuration for Sage ERP 1000 and any supplementary products.
Data migration from the existing architecture to Sage ERP 1000 and any supplementary products.
Integration between Sage ERP 1000 and any supplementary products.
Workflow configuration.
Business process design to fit Sage ERP 1000 and any supplementary products in conjunction with the NEC Group business analyst.
Specification design development testing and installation of interfaces between Sage ERP 1000 / any supplementary products and third-party applications.
Testing support and services.
Supplier-side project management.
Implementation.
Support and maintenance over 5 years (3 years plus an option for a further 2 years).
Training and education.
