- NPDO Financial System: Market Testing
Warrington Borough Council requires information regarding the availability, and indicative pricing, of an off-the-shelf Financial Management system for the emergent Non Profit Distributing Organisation (NPDO) that will be formed 1 May 2012. The NPDO will consist of two ex-council services under the single NPDO banner. These are:
A Community Interest Company (CIC), encompassing Leisure, Libraries and Wellbeing Services, and
A Charity (the Cultural Trust) delivering Cultural services including concert venue and a museum.
The requirements for the NPDO financial system and a pricing table are set out in a document available to those suppliers registering an interest. We will need this information by 8 Mar 2012. An ITT will then be completed and issued shortly after this information is received.
A response to this request in no way commits either the Council, the NPDO or the respondent to any obligations. Pricing should be indicative and sufficiently robust as to allow the Council/NPDO to make an informed decision about the budget requirements and the procurement method to be employed.
