Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and CCTV Installation works at Carberry House, Leven.

These works are part of an office refurbishment. These works will be carried out in conjunction with and concurrently with all other trades associated with the project, within the proposed and indicated time scales.

All contractors must visit site to fully acquaint yourself with the full extent of the nature of the works for all labour, material and plant to be included in your tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge. Access to be arranged by calling 08451 555 555 ext 473226.

All rubbish and waste materials must be removed from site by the successful tenderer, and included in the rates.
