The nature of the work envisaged is as follows:
FIRE ALARM & EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEMS AND INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEMS
-Planned Inspection, Servicing, Testing and Certification
-2no six-monthly service visits per annum
-Monitoring of the alarm system via an approved A.R.C.
-Reactive and Emergency Repairs.
-Defect reporting and costing
-Installation and design of new systems
-Modifications to existing systems within altered buildings
-Progress reporting
-24 hours emergency call out service, 365 days per year
-Guidance on statutory compliance.
FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT
-1no annual inspection & service visit
-Production of Inspection Certification
-Progress Reporting
-Replacement of defective equipment
-Defect reporting & costing.
-Guidance on statutory compliance.
