The University of Chester wishes to appoint a contractor or contractors to undertake a fully comprehensive maintenance and repair service of fire, intruder and asscociated systems in accordance with legislative requirements, British Standards and manufacturers guidlines. The University have a number of fire & intruder alarm systems across the University campus which range from small single zone systems to large and complex high security systems. Fire Alarm Maintenance Services will be covered by Lot 1, Intruder Alarm Maintenance Services will be covered by Lot 2. Interested contractors/suppliers may bid for a single or both lots. The contract is to be for a 3 year period with the option of a further 1 year.
