This contract will include Fire alarm maintenance, smoke vent systems, FM200 system and annual integrity testing, gas suppression systems, dry risers, fire door activation testing and sprinkler systems across both the Cambridge and Chelmsford Campuses; residential and non-residential accommodation, and Guild House in Peterborough.
Anglia Ruskin University has predominantly Gent but also ADT fire equipment across campuses.
The contract will be for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for further 2 x 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
