Hanover is seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers for a 4 year contract (extendable by a two by one year periods at Hanover’s sole descretion) to appoint a suitable contractor to deliver all Servicing of fire alarm detection systems, emergency lighting and fire fighting equipment including dry risers apcross England and parts of Wales all as further detailed in the PQQ.
Established in 1963 Hanover Housing Association (Hanover) is dedicated to providing choice and independence for older people and is one of the largest specialist providers of retirement housing and related support services for older people in England. Description of particular conditions: Under this contract the service provider and its supply chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social and/or environmental policy objectives relating to recruitment and training and supply chain initiatives. Accordingly contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental consideration.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: Minimum levels of standards required by Hanover for technical capacity will be set out in the pre-qualification questionnaire.
In accordance with Articles 45 to 50 of Directive 2004/18/EC and Regulations 23 to 26 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as set out in the pre-qualification questionnaire available from the web site set out at Section IV.3.1 and must be returned in accordance with the instructions on that web site by the date in Section IV.3.4.
