Description of the contract

The project is in phases. Phase 1 and optional Phases. Phase 1- this phase covers the refurbishment fit out of part Second Floor at Kemble Street to form A. Junction – Arrival, Breakout and Informal Meeting, B.Work Zone with 38 workstation positions C.Executive Office Area. To create a central welcome zone/ informal meeting/ breakout area, pilot smart working areas and reconfigured executive office area on Second Floor. Further Phases (subject to business case sign off) would include remainder of Second floor work zones and whole of Third Floor office space.

How to apply

This will be a two stage tender exercise. Prospective suppliers should complete the Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and submit it by the due date and time. Using the information contained in the submitted PQQs the ORR will select (up to six) those suppliers that demonstrate that they have the requisite capacity, capability and financial standing to progress to the second stage – which will be the submission of full tenders. Please note the contract duration includes the optional phases. The duration of phase 1 is circa 3 months
