The contracting authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out the Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR) for the contracting authority’s buildings.
This includes 384 buildings and number of circuits and fixed appliances within offices, leisure centres, schools and all other public buildings.
However the contracting authority is in the process of a property rationalisation program and properties can be removed or added to throughout the duration of the contract.
