Description of the contract

There is an urgent need to carry out conservation works to the catering facilities in two rooms on the Principal Floor of the Palace of Westminster. The Catering Service has also requested an improvement to the existing serveries, food preparation areas, and storage facilities. Both rooms are architecturally and historically important within the Grade I listed Palace of Westminster. It is planned that both rooms will provide table service when the House is sitting and afternoon tea at weekends and during recess periods.
