WH/PS130/W3 Provision of Floor Finishing Services

Wolverhampton Homes requires an established, suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a specialist Floor Finishes service, including the repairs and replacement of flexible floor finishes such as thermoplastic floor tiles and vinyl sheet flooring along with associated works, soft flooring and the installation and repairs of flexible proprietary vinyl safety flooring.

The projected budget for this work over the course of the contract is £100k per annum.

Nevertheless, the Client does not guarantee the volume of work on any resulting contract.

The term of the Contract shall be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, renewable annually and subject to performance.

All Tenderers must meet the following Pre-Qualification requirements:

• All Tenderers must be CHAS or equivalent Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) compliant.

• All Tenderers must be registered on Constructionline and have a Contract Notation of at least £100k in an appropriate Category. This is based on the estimated annual cost of the contract.

• All Tenderers must have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million.

All Tenderers must not use Subcontractors in relation to this contract.
