Contract period: 1 year with the option to renew for a further 2 years subject to performance
The scope of the works is for specialist flooring contractors to supply and installation various floor coverings such as carpet, carpet tiles and vinyl sheet coverings, including accessories to various Council properties and locations.
A select list of no more than 6 contractors will be established from which tenders will subsequently be invited.
The purpose of this Tender is to appoint a single contractor.
