Leicester City Council requires a consultant with specialist knowledge of local food and drink sector to provide information and evidence of demand being present in Leicester for a Food Park which is proposed to consist of units for start-up businesses to manufacture products, as well as develop and progress their business. Evidence is required in time to inform an ERDF PA2 application for funding due to be submitted in mid-November. Further Information is available in the brief attached to this Opportunity.
Leicester City Council requires the successful tenderer to commence work on the study as soon as possible. The Council will be submitting an ERDF application in mid-November 2012 and would like the priority aspects, as highlighted above, completed by Friday 9th November 2012 at the latest in order to reference the information and provide evidence within the ERDF application. The final completed study should follow by 30th November 2012.
Knowledge and experience of the food and drink sector is essential.
