Company’s preferred outcome would be to award framework agreement(s) to economic operator(s) who are capable of delivering the required services.
Call-offs against the framework will be issued to the provider with the most economically advantageous framework agreement and company will use the same award criteria as stated in the framework agreement invitation to tender.
Only when the terms laid down in the framework agreement are not complete enough for a particular call-off, will company hold a mini competition with all the providers awarded a framework agreement and capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the framework agreement. Company will only consider economic operators with the technical ability and demonstrated experience necessary to service Biostratigraphy operations in Central/Eastern Europe and to perform laboratory analysis.
— Provision of senior technician;
— Pre-spud and post-well meetings with COMPANY’S personnel;
— Biostratigraphic zonation of subject wells palynology, micropalaeontology and nanopalynology using existing schemes;
— Palynology sample analysis – sample preparation and full quantitative analysis of dinoflagellate cysts, acritarchs, algae, spores and pollen;
— Palynofacies over specified intervals;
— Micropalaeontology sample analysis – sample preparation and full quantitative analysis of foraminifera, ostracods, radiolarian, diatoms and graptolites;
— Nannopalaeontology sample analysis – sample preparation and full quantitative analysis of nannofossils;
— Provision of onshore/wellsite micropalaeontology services including daily reporting of biostratigraphy from onshore;
— Provision of onshore/wellsite acid-free palynology services including daily reporting of biostratigraphy from onshore;
— Qualitative estimate of maturation from palynological smples;
— Generation of final well reports with summary log and faunal lists/distribution charts for each well, including any pilot holes and sidetracks.
The Company shall provide a composite disc of the relevant wireline or LWD log data to form the basis of the charts and summary log. Draft copies of all reports shall be submitted to the COMPANY for final approval. Biostratigraphic report to include:
— A fully illustrated report providing integrated results and discussion of chrono and lithostratigraphy, palaeoenvironment and other bio events.
— Illustrated stratigraphic schemes, taxonomic data sheets, stratigraphic summary logs and correlation panels.
— Hot shot analysis, both micropalaeontological and palynological.
— Biostratigraphic studies and associated reporting for licence agreement projects.
