City of Sunderland College trading as Education Partnership North East (“EPNE”) wishes to establish a framework agreement of suitable providers to deliver training and education on its behalf in England for the academic year 2019/20. EPNE is a dynamic partnership of 3 colleges — Sunderland College, Hartlepool Sixth Form and Northumberland College. Our catchment area spans from the Scottish borders to the Tees Valley. With a student population with over 21 000 students and a 1 100 plus workforce. The framework agreement is divided into 4 lots and providers should clearly state which lot they are bidding for in their proposal. Providers can bid for individual or all lots. Lot 1: 16–18 Class Based Study Programme including Prince’s Trust, Lot 2: Adult Class Based Community and Employment Pathway, Lot 3: Levy Apprenticeships.
