— provision of a range of employee benefits which appeals to a wide demographic employee base that will include those listed above.
— scaleable provision to enable the development of benefit schemes over time and future proofing to ensure the continued provision of the agreed scheme and the development of new offerings.
— the ability to brand the platforms to individual contracting authorities requirements
— the provision of a fully managed scheme which enables users to interface directly with the supplier and a user helpline to resolve queries and provide assistance
— the ability to effectively communicate the package of benefits to users to encourage wide uptake
