Framework for the supply of Estate Management Services. The Framework will consist of 5 lots:
Lot 1 – Corporate Real Estate Services
Lot 2 – Town Planning
Lot 3 – Valuations (Commercial)
Lot 4 – Valuations (Residential)
Lot 5 – Auctioneers
All lots will be single supplier lots.
Please Note: Candidates can Tender for Lots 1- 5 individually, however due to a conflict of interest between Disposals (Which will fall under Lots 1 and 5) and Valuations (Lots 3 or 4), Candidates will not be awarded Lots 1 and 5 together with 3 and or 4.

This is a single supplier lot for the provision of corporate real estate services. The services required are for the provision of professional advice, guidance, negotiation and assistance on property and estate issues, but not limited to the following list:

3. Rent reviews, lease breaks, lease expiries and lease renewals
4. Professional consultancy and estates services

Town Planning
This is a single supplier lot for the provision of suitably qualified and experienced town planning consultants to provide professional advice and assistance in town planning, transportation, demographic and regeneration issues to expedite sales and maximise the value of the sites/buildings for the MOPAC/MPS from the proposed disposals and assist in delivery of a modernised estate in accordance with the MOPAC/MPS Estates’ Strategy.
This lot also requires the monitoring of development frameworks, providing policy representations, monitoring major town planning applications and making representations if required, advising on listed building and conservation issues, provision of in-house resources on strategic matters if required.
