Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Scaffolding Services to support minor projects on the Dounreay Site.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide Scaffolding Services to support minor projects on the Dounreay Site.
The scope of works shall consist of the following activities:
— Provision of labour, scaffolding and other equipment;
— Production of method statements/risk assessments including assessments for working at height;
— Provision of Personnel Protective Equipment;
— Provision of classified workers for activities in controlled areas;
— Design of scaffolding where required with design justification being under taken by third party specialists;
— Erection, modification and dismantling of scaffolding;
— Inspections of scaffolding with use of Scafftag system;
— Compatibility to undertake design of scaffolding;
— Provision of asbestos scaffolding services.

Although the Framework Agreement has a duration of 4 years, the initial award will be for a period of 2 years (October 2016 to September 2018). Thereafter, 2 further 1 year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of the Employer.
