Description

Nottingham City Council wish to invite applications from suitably qualified and/or experienced support providers and adult social care providers to establish a Framework Agreement of Providers for the provision of outcome focused, person centred day and evening services (and weekends where possible) supplying a range of activities for vulnerable adults including those with a learning disability, mental health needs, physical disability and older people.

The services are to be delivered to Nottingham City citizens with the expectation that the services will be delivered within the Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County areas.

Service providers will be able to deliver services to Citizens who receive a direct payment and to Fair Access to Care Service eligible citizens who choose not to take their personal budget as a direct payment.

The Framework Agreement will be in place for four years from the commencement date (anticipated to be 1 October 2012).
