This Lot will be for a multi supplier framework for a broad range of consultancy services and will have between 4 and 8 suppliers.
Lot 2 – Approved Inspector (Building Control).
This Lot will be for a single supplier framework.
Please note that suppliers can only bid for one Lot, either Lot 1 or Lot 2.
This framework is open for use by the following organisations:

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is tendering for works professional services consultants.
This Framework consists of two lots.
Lot 1.
It is intended that between 8 and 16 suppliers will be invited to ITT stage and that between 4 and 8 suppliers will be appointed to the framework.
The works professional services consultants and their supply chain must be capable of providing a range of services, including but not limited to:
— Project Management.
— Employers Agent role.
— Design (including for Space planning, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Structural Engineer, Environmental Engineering).
— Condition surveys.
— Feasibility studies.
— Architectural services.
— Planning (project specific) services.
— Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor services.
— Health & Safety services.
— BIM Management.
— Building surveyor services.
— Specialist technical services (for example, Acoustics, Environmental Impact Assessment, Traffic Impact, Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear).
— Programme Management.
— Audit (Cost, Technical, Forensic and of FM Integrator) services.
— Expert Witness services.

It is intended that between 5 and 7 suppliers will be invited to ITT stage and that a single supplier will be appointed to the framework.
The MOPAC is tendering for a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of Approved Inspector (Building Control) services.
