The Council proposes to conclude a Framework Agreement with three (3) successful tenderers (i.e. the three highest scoring tenderers). If fewer than 3 tenders are received, all successful tenderers will be offered admission to the agreement.
Successful tenderers will be offered admission to the framework agreement in rank order on the basis of lowest price. It should therefore be assumed that the tenderer offering the lowest price will receive the majority or all of the business that may be awarded under the Agreement. If the Provider offering the lowest price cannot supply the Services then the Council will request the Services from Provider offering the next lowest price and so on.

Description of these options: The Framework Agreement will run for an initial period of twelve months and may be extended for up to a further 3 years by notice of the Council. The extension period may be implemented in increments.
